Hello, and welcome to my electronic portfolio. My name is Justin Barlow and I specialize in the field of Web Development. I am a United States born citizen who encourages peers to help our country. I currently live in the Tidewater area of Virginia. There is no reason to look any further for a website developer because I am one of the highest-quality website developers for your bank. Mission Statement
I endeavor to produce quality websites that are easily understood with all of the standards of W3C. I produce structured code with comments that I am satisfied with. Above all I look for new technologies that will help me produce high-quality websites.
Improvement Designs
I am still currently updating, improving, and modifying the code of my website. I have uploaded the first stage of many more improvements and web pages to my e-portfolio.
