Hello, and welcome to my electronic portfolio. My name is Justin Barlow and I specialize in the field of Web Development. I am a United States born citizen who encourages peers to help our country. I currently live in the Tidewater area of Virginia. There is no reason to look any further for a website developer because I am one of the highest-quality website developers for your bank. Mission Statement
I endeavor to produce quality websites that are easily understood with all of the standards of W3C. I produce structured code with comments that I am satisfied with. Above all I look for new technologies that will help me produce high-quality websites.
Browser Notes
I have only done testing on this website in the web browsers FireFox (3.6, 6.0) and Internet Explorer (8). I am planning to test in other web browsers soon. Also all browser settings are planned to be default settings. I apologize any inconveniences.
Other Notes
I am still currently updating, improving, and modifying the code of my website. I have uploaded the first stage of many more improvements and web pages to my e-portfolio. If you visited here before then you see the new features and the new look of some areas. In my free time I am steadily expanding my knowledge of the languages and techniques of web development also called web design. I can draw the design of the website in person or by e-mail. Then create the website and upload it to the web server. The most cost effective option is to design the website solely online and pay me by Paypal. I am even setting up a Content Management System (CMS) contract with a third party to create an easy way to change and add text, pictures, and web pages for a small annual fee!
